Terms of Use

By creating an Aluvra account or installing the Aluvra Office add-in, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Aluvra is an AI writing assistant that runs inside Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. It forwards your messages to large language models from third-party providers and renders their responses inside the host application. Features and pricing may change with notice.

• You must provide an accurate email address.
• You are responsible for any activity under your account.
• One account per person; sharing credentials is not allowed.
• You must be at least 13 years old (16 if you reside in the EEA).

You agree not to use Aluvra to:

• Generate or distribute illegal content (CSAM, malware, etc.).
• Attack our infrastructure or attempt to bypass rate limits.
• Resell raw model responses as a competing API.
• Process data you do not have the right to use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

Free accounts receive a daily allowance of credits that refresh every 24 hours. Unused credits do not roll over. Paid plans (if and when offered) are billed in advance and non-refundable except where required by law.

You retain all rights to the documents you edit and the prompts you write. Aluvra does not claim ownership of your content. Model outputs are generated content with no warranty of accuracy or originality — you are responsible for verifying anything you publish.

Aluvra is provided as is. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI responses will be accurate. AI may hallucinate facts; verify before relying on its output.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Aluvra and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months (USD 0 for free users).

We may update these Terms with at least 14 days' notice to active accounts. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
