- How do I install Aluvra for Word?
- Visit the download page and follow the install script for your platform. On Mac the script registers a manifest folder Word looks at. On Windows the add-in is currently rolling out through Microsoft AppSource.
- What are credits and how do I get more?
- Free accounts get 100 credits that refresh every 24 hours. A single chat turn costs 1–10 credits depending on the model. Web search adds 1 extra credit. Unused credits do not roll over.
- Where is my data stored?
- Conversations and uploaded files are stored on Cloudflare R2 + a managed Postgres database, both in low-latency regions outside mainland China. We never train on your documents.
- How do I delete my account?
- Email support@aluvra.ai from the address on file. We will purge your conversations, files, and account record within 7 days.
- Is Aluvra available for Excel and PowerPoint?
- Excel and PowerPoint add-ins are in development. Sign in once and your credits will work across all three when they ship.
